About Chet Hall

A 1989 graduate of The Citadel, builder Chet Hall brings values of honor, trust and fairness to his business. A licensed residential builder since 2005, Hall started Hallmark Construction to provide quality craftsmanship to people in the Lowcountry without headaches often associated with construction.

Hall is a native of Clio, S.C. He lives in the Byrnes Down neighborhood of Charleston and enjoys hunting and fishing.
